Driver

Job Responsibilities

  • Show up to work in a timely manner
  • Take work orders from supervisor for client trip
  • Drive clients to their destinations on time
  • Assist clients as they get into and out of the vehicle
  • Report back to the supervisor when clients have been dropped off at their destination
  • Report traffic delays en route back to the supervisor
  • Report any incidents or accidents to the supervisor
  • Operate wheelchair lifts as needed
  • Adhere to company policies and protocol

Qualifications and Education Requirements

  • Must have previous customer service experience with a good track record of assisting customers in a thoughtful, caring, and timely manner
  • Must possess a valid Chauffeur's License (for at least two years) or Driving Experience Resume
  • Must have a clean driving record with no points
  • Must have a great work history with a track record of being a reliable responsible individual (must provide references from the previous employer(s)
  • No criminal record within the last seven years

Dispatcher

Job Description

Our dispatchers will communicate with various fleet drivers (VBT and Veyo Contractors) regarding timely and professional service provided to AHCCCS (Arizona Health Care Cost-Containment Services), CPS (Child Protective Services), DES (Department of Economic Security), and much more.

The members have been qualified for non-emergency medical transportation to appointments at various facilities (counseling, dental, dialysis, emergency rooms) across Arizona.

Responsibilities

  • Choose daily routes for drivers
  • Communicate routes to drivers
  • Answer incoming calls
  • Research customer concerns
  • Provide excellent member service
  • Communicate directly with drivers
  • Communicate vendor and passenger concerns to the owner
  • Responsible for maintaining accurate, up-to-date, and useable information in our systems
  • Compile, verify the accuracy, and sort information according to priorities to prepare source data for computer entry
  • Review data for deficiencies or errors, correct any incompatibilities if possible, and check the output
  • Apply data program techniques and procedures
  • Generate reports, store completed work in designated locations, and perform backup operations
  • Respond to queries for information and access relevant files
  • Ensure proper use of office equipment and address any malfunctions

Requirements

  • 2+ Years Dispatcher Experience
  • Computer experience
  • Good communication skills
